29 years in the industry in New Zealand and the UK simply supplements the hands-on experience that commenced with our family-owned boutique hotel in the Channel Islands.All the hotel, catering, conference, events, marketing and executive management experiences to date have provided the preparation for leadership and given the innovation that will help redefine the New Zealand tourism industry.

Experience in my family Hotel in the Channel Islands put the backbone of the trade in my blood; GM of a new Hotel in the Isle of Mann at the age of 23 thrust me into management, asset management and new business development. Subsequent leadership roles in New Zealand hotels only confirmed my passion for performance and a dedication to the customer focus"
