Situated on the waters edge at the confluence of the Turanganui, Taruheru and Waimata rivers, the northern and eastern rooms have commanding views of the river whilst the soon to be completed (October 2007) southern rooms will take in views of Gisborne's bay and Young Nicks Head (Te kuri-o-Paoa) where the first sighting of New Zealand took place from the masthead of Captain James Cook's Endeavour in 1769
Studio and Executive suites and the soon to be completed (end 2007) 4x two bedroom Executive apartments and 2x two bedroom Penthouse suites provides Gisborne accommodation to the highest 4 star levels.
Most rooms have River or Pool views and many have very large (15m2) decks designed to enjoy the sun and views, all are fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard with leather furniture, LCD flat screen TV's and full internet capabilities. |

All our rooms and suites offer the following facilities ,
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with Sky TV, on demand Movies, clock radio, desk, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, bath robes, direct dial voice over IP telephone, iron and ironing board, hair dryers and leather furniture. All rooms are non-smoking. Broadband is available in every room. Electricity: 240 V/AC 50 cycles. Adaptors are available on request.

Studio Suite:
 
Large and luxuriously furbished, most of these suites are suitable for two adults only. One splittable King size bed in the room, ensuite with either shower over bath or shower only.
Executive Suites:
 
These very spacious one Bedroom Suites (approximately 45 m3) are mostly located around the pool courtyard on the first and second level over looking either the pool or river. These rooms can be set up with one or two splittable King size beds, with one in the bedroom and the second one in the Lounge or a variation there of. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower over bath or shower only.

The hotel has a majority of Executive Suites and all Executive Suites can be transformed to accommodate anywhere between 1 and 4 guests comfortably. (Extra person charge will apply over 2 guests per Suite) |

The entire hotel has both high-speed wired and wireless internet capabilities with the highest level of connectivity and security available. This gives guests the opportunity to work within their room, the restaurant or in the sun beside the outdoor pool.
- Ceiling height throughout the conference rooms is 3 meters
- The Ballroom is a combination of the Waimata, Turanganui, Taruheru and Pre-Conference/Breakout Area, when all folding walls are removed.
- The two room configuration is the combination of either the Waimata and Turanganui rooms or the Taruheru and the Turanganui rooms.
- With the adjoining Pool Courtyard and Restaurant across the courtyard, the capacity for a Cocktail Function is approximately 800.
